ABOUTKelvix had the privilege of illuminating the magnificent sculpture called "LoveBird" at Dallas Love Field Airport. This stunning artwork stands proudly at the runway's entrance, symbolizing pride and optimism with its impressive 90' wingspan. The sculpture's sleek contours perfectly complement the modern terminal, resembling a fantastic bird or futuristic aircraft. Collaborating with Biella Lighting Design and HL Stearns (HLS), we recommended the Vine and Vertex 1000 lighting products, which proved to be an ideal fit for the sculpture. We provided mock-ups and design consultations to ensure the perfect lighting solution, adapting to the sculpture's evolving design. For instance, we customized our solution by drilling a slightly larger hole to accommodate Vine. Working with HLS allowed us to demonstrate our expertise and build a stronger partnership. We provided essential services such as take-offs, mock-ups, and video calls to ensure a seamless implementation. We take pride in our contribution to this remarkable project, creating a captivating lighting display for the "LoveBird" sculpture.
